How to display the date at Confluence as yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm:ss while linking Jira columns

While linking a Jira ticket to Confluence and displaying the the date column from Jira,what should I do to display the date as 2019/5/16 17:26?By the way, currently the date at Jira has been displayed as 2019/5/16 17:26,however ,when it was linked to Confluence,it was displayed as 2019/5/16
