How to disable functions under "more actions" for a space/ site (like PDF Export) for anonymous user

I would like to make a space accessible to anonymous users, but I'm unable to disable the functions under "more actions" and hide the author or page owner. I can't find an option for this in the space settings.

I am afraid to say it is not possible at the moment to disable export option for pages.

Read access and Export options are tied together. If someone has read access then they will also have ability to export the page.
