How to create group for users?

hi 

according to the documentation, i should see a Group feature on the left navigation menu but i don't see it. Can anyone please point me to the correct path ?

• Click on the icon I annotated in Red:

• Select Confluence

• Once you click on Settings -> User Management -> Groups

You have to be Confluence Admin.
