How to create a whole Confluence tree view?

Andrey Galler April 26, 2018

Is there a way to create a view of all the pages in all spaces with an indication of access rights and restrictions for each page?

It can be built-in functionality, or a third-party script or add-on. It is possible for each space separately, but it is not so convenient.

Thank you in advance for any useful information.

This is not possible ootb.

One thought I had was to create a user macro (Confluence Server only) which loops through all spaces, then adds a pagetree macro for each space to the page. THe only trouble here is that the page tree macro will only display pages form the current space, so thats a no go.

If you do manage to do this programmatically in say a custom user macro, it will be very resource intensive, so is not recommended.

OK. If I will simplify a task... Can I create a tree view for each space separately? What tools are suitable for this? Some add-ons?

And is it possible to see on this tree view access rights and restrictions marks?

Thank you in advance for any useful information.
