I am creating page hierarchy and there is a need to have the same page name under different parent page. For example Domain-> Order-> Physical Model
Domai-> Account -> Physical Model
Domain->Inventory -> Physical Model
It won't let me create "Physical Model" named pages under different parent.
That is intended behaviour - Confluence is not supposed to allow duplicate page names in a space.

I will ask another related question.
I can create pages. But, not delete them. There is no delete option. I suppose related to permission. If that is the case, then another example of unnecessary limitation of this platform.
I should be able to delete my own pages.

Permission to delete is handled by the space permissions. Most admins set them to disallow by default, as people often delete things they really didn't want to (admins can fish them out of the bin, but when you're doing that dozens of times a day...)

^ Just to add, the Permissions for delete are separated into 'Delete' and 'Delete Own' - but I think 'Delete Own' is an all-or-nothing permission - i.e you can either have access to delete your own pages, blogs, attachments and comments or you can't - there's no customisation for specific items.
Delete (which is delete all regardless of ownership) is customisable per type.

@Joel Mamedov, the reason for this naming restriction is that Confluence page hierarchy is flat within a space (look at the URLs for page). The hierarchy you see is just a metadata fiction.
