I am new to this, so I apologize for not knowing a lot of terminology with this product.

Background

I have separate Pages within a Space for each customer I have. Within each of those customer Pages, I have a table that displays the date of the last time a specific task was completed.

Desired Outcome

I am trying to find a way to create a Page that will display all Customer Names along with the most recent date in the table mentioned above for each of the customers. It would look something like:

Customer            Date Task Was Completed

Customer1          June 10, 2021

Customer2          July 18, 2021

Customer3          May 27, 2021

This would allow me to see which customers need this task completed, without needing to manually go into each page.

Is that possible? I appreciate any assistance!

Hi @Scott Porwancher ,

The standard Confluence macros that allow you to collect one-row tables from different Confluence pages are the Page Properties/Page Properties Report macros.

If you want to amplify your report and collect multiple-row tables as well as several tables from the same page, you'll need additional apps, for example, our add-on - Table Filter and Charts for Confluence.

The Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros will do the trick for you, and the result report could be further powered up by the Table Filter macro - for filtering and sorting (by customers, dates, etc.).

You may check our recent blog post related to the case that is similar to yours.
