How to create a JIRA & Confluence project at same time?

I use to have on demand and I remember when you added a new project, you could have it create and link a confluence space automatically.

I now have JIRA & Confluence server, is there a way to do this?

It is not possible in Server versions unless you do some coding to make use of the remote APIs.
