How to create Portfolio/Program Page

Ashok Chotai
February 12, 2019

Hello,

Can someone share a tutorial/video/document that shows how to create a Project Portfolio page in JIRA/Confluence ?  I would like to display all projects & associated user stories and show dependencies among all projects in a single unified view.

Thanks

Ashok

Hi @Ashok Chotai - Don't know if this 100% fulfills your needs, but in Confluence there's the Jira macro. So what you could do is:

  1. Go to Jira, and construct a JQL query that gathers all the issues you're interested in.
  2. Create a new page in Confluence, and insert the Jira macro.
  3. Paste your JQL query from Jira.

You could make a JQL query that shows all projects and associated user stories, and a different JQL query that shows dependencies.
