How to control Macro (Add-on) data collection?

My company is using the Confidence Data Center.

We are currently reviewing security for requests to purchase macros from other departments.

1. Is there a way to know what data macros for Data Center collect within our Confidence?
2. Also, if possible, I would like to proceed with Confluence blocking all data flows out. Does it support the Whitelist-style administrator menu?
