Hi @Vrutika Gaikwad Looking at the last screenshot you are using the API token but the Authentication type is selected as Basic authentication can you check what possible options are there are like Personal access token or Bearer token etc, as Basic authentication is username and password and most of the applications are now a days does not support basic authentication instead they use tokens,

So, please check what other options available in the "Authentication Type" and verify the same by changing the type.
