How to configure the Confluence mail server to use ${email} in From Name

Good day everyone!

How to send change letters from the users of Confluence? For example, User edited some page. I want his email to be in the notification.

For example mail notification "From":
From: user@mycompany.com

But setting the ${email} parameter  in the From Name field does not give any effect. (https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/configuring-a-server-for-outgoing-mail-151078.html)
