How to configure mobile version of confluence (Confluence Mobile)

How is the mobile browser version created and how can we edit the configurations? Specifically, the footer links. Adding new links or remove existing.
For some reason, the content in the desktop is different from the content in the mobile version. How does this work?
Specifically, the footer does not exist in the mobile version, unlike the desktop version.
