I have configured an apache https proxy in front of confluence. It works but some features like 'file download', don't work. To be more precise, when I upload to a confluence page, a file (like a pdf or xlsx), then when I use the apache proxy, the file can't be downloaded.

My browser reports this error when loading the page:

batch.js?confluence.view.edit.transition=true&nps-not-opted-out=true&highlightactions=true&nps-ackn…:3938 POST https://xx.xxx.xxx.com/rest/webResources/1.0/resources 403 (Forbidden)

I have turned off SELinux and confluence works behind the proxy (I can see/edit the pages)

I am on confulence 5.9.10

Hi

This configuration might be worth checking

https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/configuring-web-proxy-support-for-confluence-117068.html

or reviewing all firewall rules / logs in order to determine when packages are dropped.
