How to check all anchors name I have?

I have created quite a number of anchors in my space. Each time I want to insert a link to anchor I need to enter page name#anchor name.

While I remember page name(and can check it) I can't remember numerous anchors names and have to go to that page with anchor and open it in edit mode to check its name.

Is there other more quicker and convenient way to check all anchors names?

Unfortunately there isn't an easier way I can think of to keep track of your anchors, besides maybe making a table or spreadsheet somewhere that keeps track of them?
