Hi
I've checked previous answers and followed the steps in these guides
https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/change-the-space-name-and-logo/
but despite being the owner of the space and a space admin I cannot change the icon it still shows the initials of a deactivated member who created the space.
Update:
Rovo said a script wasn't loading possibly due to network security. I tried InPrivate and Incognito windows, came off company network, tried hotspotting on my phone and tried opening the page on my phone browser and I'm still unable to update this icon.
How do I change this please?
Hello @Lizzie Willisson
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Have you clicked directly on the icon?
When I hover over the icon in my system I see hover help that says Edit Space Icon.
And if I click on it I get a pop-up for uploading a new icon.
Yes thanks this is exactly what I need but I don't get any of these options This is what I'm trying to unlock and access

Is the space a Personal space or Global space? Logos on personal spaces cannot be changed currently. There is a change request about that here:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-16786
If you hovering/clicking on the logo in a Personal Space details page has no effect.

Thank you I just asked Rovo to check and it's advised how to tell the difference and it looks like it was created as a personal space by the original creator. I'll speak to our admin team and see if we should create a global version.
Appreciate the help!!

Sharing the response from Rovo which says how to check for a personal space:
That URL is for a personal space.
In Confluence, spaces whose keys start with a ~ followed by numbers or a username (like ~12345678 are personal spaces

You can also determine which spaces are Personal by going to the View All Spaces page and using the Personal filter.
