I have created a chart for my filter table in confluence. By default it is showing as pie chart. The actual chart I need is column chart. So each time, I need to edit the chart type. Is there any possibility to get the default chart which I prefer? Please help

Hello there!

You can surely change what your Chart Macro Looks Like. You can proceed like this:

  1. Edit the page where you need to edit the Chart
  2. Click the Chart Macro placeholder
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Select a chart type using the Type parameter
  5. Click the Refresh to see the new look
  6. Click to Save
  7. Now, Publish the page

You can take a deeper look on the Chart Macro here:

Confluence - Chart Macro

Currently, we do not have a way to set a different default graph style for the macro.

Looking forward to your reply!
