How to change profile details without admin rights?

Hi,
we import the personnel data from an Active Directory into Confluence. We would like to add profile details in Confluence. Therefore, we installed the plugin User profiles for Confluence.
Our problem: An authorized Confluence user (without admin rights) should be able to edit the additional profile data for all users. But the standard user should not be able to edit her/his profile details.
How can we solve this?
