How to change 'No Format' macro to 'Code Block' macro in all confluence pages automatically?

Hi,

I want to update the content of 'No Format' macro used in all confluence pages to 'Code Block' macro. Can anyone suggest if there's an automatic way for it?

The quantity of pages is quite high, hence I want to avoid manual updates.

I've done this KB that shows how to update a macro reference to a new JIRA, probably you would need to do the same, do a find/replace with the tags that matches the no format with the code blocks.

I've never done this before but theoretically it should work, since this is a database change you should:

Always have a database backup

Always test it first in a Staging environment with similar settings with the production;
