How to build a page with a search field to JIRA

Stefano Vidonis
April 30, 2020

I'm a Confluence 6.12.4 administrator (not experienced) and need to build a page in Confluence that contain only one large search field into JIRA Software (v7.12.3), like Google,  need the possibility to search one or more words and * symbols. I have not previous knowledge of groovy or other programming languages so I really need mostly easy solution (one add on or easy macro would be perfect)

@Stefano Vidonis  There are no default Macro/Other functionalities in Confluence to accomplish this.

Your options are not limited to building a Custom Macro, and you will need help from developers to do that.

Thanks, this is a terrible news for me. It is almost inconcivable for me the fact that Confluence and JIRA won't allow to search into each other databases.
