Welcome to the community @Raj Rajabhathor 

The simplest way would be to use Rovo.

If you want to build your own, you could use an open-source framework like ollama and develop a RAG ("retrieval augmented generation") application that retrieves Confluence content via API.

If you can wait until 2025, Rovo will have a connector to Data Center products, too.
