How to backup my information

I would like to know how to backup and or export my files in bulk.

Howdy Lateishea!

To perform a simple export of Confluence, you can perform an XML export. More information about this process can be found at Site Backup and Restore. This process can take some time, especially on larger instances of Confluence, so we normally recommend backing up the database manually using its built in tools and making copies of the <confluence_home> and <confluence_install> directories per Restoring Data from other Backups.
