Hi, I remember when I first started using Confluence cloud, I could keep the left side panel open when I was in read mode and as soon as I entered edit mode, the left-panel would auto-close providing more real estate for editing.
I know how to keep it open or close I just want to see if there is a way to auto-close it in edit-mode.
Thanks in advance!
Hi @HoumanB
You now have the option to show or hide the left hand panel.
The option you choose is for all reading and editing.
This has changed quite a while ago, when the look and feel changed.
So there is no auto-hide mode.
You can use the short cut "Ctrl+[" if it works on your keyboard :)
With a french one, impossible to use it :(

OK, thank you. Not sure why the left panel is useful when in edit mode (since you don't want to navigate away from the page you're on).

@HoumanB I find it useful to see the title of the page I want to link to from the page I'm editing. If I haven't opened it recently, it won't be listed automatically in the link dialog.
