How to apply page approval steps?

We are using confluence, for that how we can apply page approval section?.

Every time we are choosing page approval macros in that approval we need our organization chart wise (Ex - 1 & 2).

it is first go to approval '1' after that it is goes to approval '2'.

once approver '2' gave their approval approval '1' able to unapproved the page.

now we are facing that problem can you please give any suggestion.

Which page approval system have you added and how is it configured?
