How to anchor the page to move up if using Tabs Container in bottom of the page?

My Tabs page (macro) with Tabs container macro are located in the bottom of the page. Clicking the Tabs will cause the page to move up.  Do you have some easy solution how to anchor the page down where are tabs, please?  Using Confluence Server v6.4

Can anyone help on this issue ? I have similar issue, clicking on tabs scrolls the page and tabs menu (and part of page above the menu) can be seen until manually scroll up the page. I am using chrome.
