How to add workflow in a template created in Confluence server

I am using Confluence server and I need to add a workflow in the template page. Once the template is approved by approver, it automatically goes back to preparer and status appears as Approved.

there are many third part app for that scope. I used https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/142/comala-document-management?tab=overview&hosting=datacenter in the past and it works very well. Please try it.
