How to add required fields when creating issue from Confluence?

We are using Jira Issue Macro for creating issues in confluence. But here this macro has some limitations "where we can use only limited fields", and it stops creating the issue.
Can we get any alternative for this where we can make/add any fields that are required to create issues from confluence.
