How to add link to top of the page in Template? By new editor.

HI,
I need to add "Up button" in Template - a text with link to beginning of the page.
Before it could be made by anchor, but now I can't see a possibility to do this in template.

But if I understand right, this only works with already created pages, not with templates.

Wiki markup also was castrated, or is there some persisted way?

Why do they always feel the need to mess with stuff that works. Grrr.
