How do I add label to a single confluence page?

You need to have page edit permissions to add labels.

Hi @Kimberly DeLeon 

The fastest way to add a label to a single page - in the View mode while on the page, hit the L key. Type in the label name.

Having said that, I do recommend @Brant Schroeder 's post link to learn more about using labels etc.
