How to add common navigation bar to the search result page and edit content of search result page?

I used search bar provided by confluence. when I search something and without selecting from dropdown I directly hit enter then I moved to the search result page, like below:

Here, I don't have my common navigation bar, and I dont allowed to edit this page.Even I logged in as an administrator.

Can someone please help me to get navigation bar here and how can I edit this page?
