How to add an HTML Macro

This type is disabled, the information provided in the help about adding this macro is outdated. How can I enable HTML macros?

My guess is the docs you are reading are for Server, not Cloud.

Natively, Cloud does not have an HTML macro, you will need to add one of the apps that provide one.
