I would like to add additional Page Tree titles to our existing Page Tree titles.
Please explain further what you are asking?
On the left navigation bar in Confluence where the Page Tree titles of documents are located, I need to add new Page Tree titles, but I am not sure how to do this.

The page tree maps to the pages in your system. So, if you add a new page to the system it will automatically show in the page tree. Depending upon which system you are on (server vs cloud) you create a page differently. If you are server there is a button in the top navbar that says "Create". In the cloud version there is a button in the left blue navbar that looks like a big "+" sign. In either system when you create a page it will by default become a child of the page you are currently on. So, if you want a page to be at the root of the navigation tree you need to be on the space home page when you create the new page. Also, if you do not see the "Create" or "+" buttons then you do not have edit ability for that space and you would need to contact your Confluence administrator to get edit access.
