How to add Adobe captivate SWF Folder and play the embedded video?

I created e-trainig video in Adobe captivate and export folder with SWF , HTML , PDF File. However, i would like to add the embedded video in confluence page.

I found the help link https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf56/embedding-multimedia-content-658737039.html , but it doesn't have the information about SWF Folder update and workflow.

If any one know the workaround, please let me know.

I've been able to do this by dragging the SWF file onto the edit page. It shows up as a multimedia file. Note that you have to set a height and width for the project to be visible.
