How to activate the cancellation of site subscription right now?

I tried a free version of Confluence. Now my boss want to create the site with the same name. But it said "already taken". I cancel the trial subscription but it can only be deleted until Oct. 9. 

My question is that can my cancellation be activated right now? My boss want to create the site as soon as possible.
