Current Retro template under confluence is allowing visibility of who is providing the feedback. How can we make it anonymous? We don't want to know / record who is providing the feedback. please suggest for the required setup to address the same.
Thanks for taking out your valuable time in responding to concern raised. Let me try from my end (Based on your inputs) to achieve the same.
This is not something that I think Confluence is meant for. you would want to get the answers in a different way and input them into the template yourself if you do not want the data of who answered or edited.

Thanks for the quick response. Getting the feedback in different way and input them to retro is added effort. On the closure of Sprint, we get option to proceed with retro. it will place the same as part of confluence. When team members want to provide the feedback anonymously, we are unable to perform the same. Is there any way to address it through JIRA?

This is not related to the template, but to the instance that needs to be accessible anonymous and the space.
If users a logged in using a template, any user adding information to the template will be done by the user logged in.

Its working well as part of ADO. there also, people login to system and provide feedback. but we can disable the same. I was looking for similar feature / option in JIRA

Then users need to be able to access Confluence anonymously.
If they have an account on Confluence and are logged in on Jira they are also logged in on Confluence.
So as I mentioned, don;t grant them a Confluence license and make your Confluence can be accessed anonymously and the space.
Off course setting Confluence anonymous accessible, you do need to make sure all non accessible information should be set with the correct permissions.
Jira/Confluence is not ADO, and quickly googling delivers me that for Retro's in ADO, you need and extension.
