How to Recover Draw.io / Diagramly Diagrams

We recently had to uninstall and reinstall several plugins in Confluence and one of them was Draw.io. Now, we cannot see previously created diagrams. An error:

Unknown macro: 'drawio'

is displayed.

Is there a way to recover the diagrams?

This was resolved by upgrading to the latest version.

There is a series of errors in catalina.out that I'm not sure are related to the plugin installation or not.

I uninstalled (I believe) version 2.72 and reinstalled the same version from the Confluence admin console.

That means that the plugin hasn't installed properly, is there anything in the log when you attempt to install it? What version did you uninstall and what version did you try to re-install?
