How to Launch Service Desk with Knowledge Base without allowing users to raise requests?

Hi! I'm new to Service Desk with Confluence and I need to publish my knowledge base to my customers without allowing them to raise service desk requests. Our company is not set up yet for the Service Desk so we don't want customers to file requests at this time.

Hi @Shaina Mack,

 

If your service desk is using unique permission scheme (not shared with other projects), then you can remove "Service desk customer - portal access" permission for "Create Issues" permission.
