How to Fetch Comment Reactions Using JIRA Cloud REST API?

I am currently working on a use case where I need to programmatically fetch reactions  attached to comments in JIRA Cloud. However, I have been unable to find any documentation or clear guidance on how to retrieve these reactions using the JIRA Cloud REST API.

Could anyone clarify if JIRA Cloud's REST API supports fetching comment reactions directly? If this functionality is not natively available through the API, are there any alternative methods, workarounds, or third-party APIs that could help retrieve comment reactions programmatically?

Additionally, if anyone has successfully retrieved comment reactions using the JIRA Cloud API, I would appreciate any details or examples of the approach you used.
