How set up and using Confluence efficiency

Centos 7 and Ubuntu 18.4? which system with use confluent server more well.  Give me information minimum configration to set up it. Because my company buy server deploy it. And can give me document to manager confluent

I can't start confluence server after shutdown. I 've try to setting automatically start server from https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/start-confluence-automatically-on-linux-183148.html

But not ok.

Error line

tar zxvf /tmp/confluence-5.6.4.tar.gz

 Please help me because my company prepare online.

CentOS or Ubuntu is entirely up to you - it works fine on both.  You should pick the one you are happier to look after.
