Hi @Surbhi Chattkara , I realize that this is an old post and as such I expect you already have an answer. If so it would be great if you shared your final solution here. If you are still interested in a solution I would ask what sort of information you want in your release notes. I'm sure that you're aware that you can create release notes for a given version in Jira and that can be readily incorporated into a confluence document. Are you looking for something more than that?
