How do you get the 'Welcome to your first space' - home page layout

How do you create new Space with the "Welcome to your first space" home page, which is populated with more sample content than the standard "Welcome to your new space" home page.

And can you change a"Welcome to your new space" to show the "Welcome to your first space" Home page,
