How do you edit the ellipsis drop down?

I need to remove selections from the ellipsis dropdown. As a space admin in a cloud, it was available right in the dropdown.

Usually, the only way to remove options from a menu is to remove the user's permission to perform the action the option represents.

Could you tell us what functions you wish to downgrade and why?
