How do you automatically display the last editor of a Confluence page and the date of editing?

I only want to show the last editor. Not a list of who edited the page like contributors macro. For example in the format: @Lasteditor | date

The Change-History macro shows the history of updates made to a page.

Set Number of versions to display = 1
