I was using Team Calendars macro in confluence and created an event , and trying to send an email to the users added to the event. But I was receiving the mail but not the Users added to the event. Can some one has a workaround to meet my challange.
Thank you in advance.
Hi @laarepu , that's expected rather than something you missed: Team Calendars emails go to people watching the calendar, not to whoever you add to a single event. Putting someone in the event's Who field doesn't subscribe or notify them, which is why only you got the mail. There's no native "email the users on this event" action, so the two practical routes are:
Hi German Morales, thank you , but the watchers have been added still the issue persists. I was informed by the Atlassian team that this issue has no workaround for the confluence version we are using.
Thanks once again.

@laarepu As others have said, there's no native way to do this, but it would be nice to have (I've seen requests for this once or twice).
You or your Confluence admin could raise a ticket here: Atlassian Support > explain your requirement and ask them to create a feature request on JAC. I did search for any related suggestions, but couldn't find anything. 👀

Hi @laarepu
There is no automatic email to members of an event, the members would need to watch or subscribe to the calendar.
