How do can you display a panel or section in multiple spaces?

I have text content I'd like to put in a single space and display in other spaces - as content, not a link.  The idea is to only have to update the source and have those changes reflected on the other spaces to reduce overhead and ensure well maintained information.  Which macro(s) can help accomplish this? 

Note: I do not have admin/developer rights to these spaces.

Include and include-excerpt.

It's easier for you to try them out than explain them.  Start by creating a page with just your panel, and a couple of test pages that "include" that page with the panel somewhere in their content.
