Hi All,
Need some help. I created a label, but I see this label shows which page it is in. I wish to show what page it is in and the description when I click on the label. I have a table and this label can be found in multiple rows. Can someone help on how to do this? I would also like to have my label colored.
Hi @Rita Arellano ,
Please clarify which labels you mean: page labels or just a table with statuses that you need to filter and color based on some conditions?
With the latter one our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app may help. Its Table Filter macro will do the filtration and here are several examples regarding conditional formatting in Confluence.
The first option is not fully clear for me though.
Hi, thanks for helping out. Is the table filter and charts from Confluence an app that is only available through purchase?
I am trying to add color labels to the table and filter based on those labels. I don’t want page labels. I need to filter on the labels that are on the rows of the table.

Our app is a paid one (though it is free for small Confluence Cloud instances 1-10 users).
You may also try to search for other apps on the Marketplace, because there is no any out-of-the-box option to filter tables at the moment.
