You can't unless you use an old version of a web browser. The support for autocomplete=off has been removed in the latest version in all major web browsers, see How to Prevent Password Autocompletion in Confluence. If you you are using Chrome you could take a look at this solution, jquery.disableAutoFill
I was able to accomplish this for Jira 7.11 so I thought Confluence might be a similar case. Maybe Jira interacts with the web browser in a different way?
