How do I resolve this issue 'An internal error occured when trying to change your password'?

Although, I realize there's already posts about this - I don't see any definitive resolution to this within the 'Bug' logs. Can you assist me in resolving an issue in which one of my users cannot reset their password with the error 'An internal error occured when trying to change your password.'

Issue resolved - users managed through JIRA.
