How do I remove adchoice from my confluence page?

The above image shows I guess what is an adblocker on a Confluence page.  Apparently another employee had an adblocker and this popped up on their page, but it shows for everyone.  They have since removed their add blocker, but the item still remains.  I have clicked on the "x" on the main screen and in edit mode, but nothing.  The Adchoice also is not in any section, so I can not remove the scetion it is in.  Any suggestions?

It's not something Confluence has in it natively.  So it's either your browser, or an add-on.  Have a look at the list of add-ons you have.
