How do I remove BitBucket for all users while keeping their Jira and Confluence accounts??

I am admin for a large team using Confluence and Jira Cloud software. I was investigating BitBucket for my users as admin, but now I can't get rid of it. The only information I could find was at:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/delete-an-account-393282324.html
Where it seems to describe that all other Atlassian services will also be deactivated:
"you’ll immediately lose access to Bitbucket and all other Atlassian account services, and we’ll stop billing your organization for your account."
Please could you advise?
