I found instructions for Confluence 6.7 but not Cloud. Specifically, I am trying to follow the instructions here to insert a BigGantt gadget from Jira into confluence.

When I try to do the below, the 'External Gadgets' option is not available.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Francisco,

I don't like to bear bad news but External Gadgets are a restricted function in Confluence Cloud: Restricted functions in Confluence Cloud

If you have a Cloud Jira instance several gadgets from Jira are included in Confluence. It may be worth checking whether the BigGantt gadget is automatically added as part of the feed from Jira, in the External category:

Hey @AnnWorley ! I came across this today-I have Confluence Cloud but an on-prem Jira instance. Is the above still accurate? I can insert the Agile Wallboard Gadget in Confluence but it tells me "The Resource "xxxxx" cannot be found. I've looked and we do have a application links connected between our Jira and Confluence-will this still not work in Cloud? Thanks in advance!
